The seller apparently showed attention and willingness to provide after-sales assistance, but in reality, he became disinterested in the reported issue, despite the involvement of technical support who did not provide any response, even after repeated reminders.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the images and easy connection, fast delivery. I will consider buying an additional camera. Thank you AliExpress.
Accurate fast delivery thank you
*** THIS IS NOT A REVIEW ABOUT THIS SELLER *** TRUE CASE: I want to warn all Aliexpress customers about how Aliexpress acts towards its customers: My case was basically that DHL marked an order as delivered successfully, when it was actually delivered to another person that my neighbors don't even know, and all of this was noted with the name and signature of that supposed person on the DHL delivery note. Well, Aliexpress doesn't care, they don't investigate, they don't do anything, and they don't fulfill their commitment to deliver an order that has been paid for. I do not advise placing high-value orders, as I will tell you how Aliexpress will treat you if something like that happens. They are not going to help you at all, even if you have proof that it was delivered to a person who is not the recipient or your signature. That is to say, any shipping agency can take your order and nothing happens here.
Excellent experience with this company. I bought a surveillance camera system and the image quality is impeccable, even at night. The installation process was quick and easy. I feel much safer now. Highly recommended!
I give it 5 stars
Everything ok, arrived in two shipments. They could at least warn that it's not all in one package. Device perfectly functional and easy to install.
Excellent product, as described. Very good communication with the seller, super fast shipping, and well-protected packaging. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. Impeccable image quality, even in very low light and without infrared we can see, and when there is infrared we can see almost like during the day. These cameras work better than others I had thanks to the dual frequency 2.4 and 5 GHz.
Seller to recommend without any hesitation, I have just placed a second order.
Thank you!
excellent system... I already know the Annke brand, never had any problems, works well and is very easy to install...
The shipment arrived in 4 days, without any damage. I recommend it 🙂.
Very fast delivery and very easy to install
Excellent product, I highly recommend it and you will not be disappointed.
As described on the website, the only problem is that the seller did not give me an invoice despite me sending several messages.
Fast delivery, installed and looks great, excellent seller, top price.
Everything is okay.
arrived quickly.
Thank you.
