Printer works great. took a couple hours to assemble. another few hours running calibration prints. i did have one crash that was 100% my fault, it broke the eddy sensor housing. i contacted sovol and they are sending a free replacement. i was able to patch the old one together so i could keep printing . overall great experience so far.
Very well packaged, quickly assembled and set up. For its size, it's a great 3D printer, I'm very satisfied. Only the assembly instructions could be improved, but it wasn't my first time assembling a printer, so that's something to overlook.
All in all, a highly recommended device.

The printer is amazing, I'm very glad I bought it. Assembled it in two hours and started working right away. It needs a little modification and it will become perfect. Buy a printer with panels; they will allow you to align the frame, making it more sturdy and straight. A tip for buying: you won't regret it.

I bought the printer at a very good price in November. It's a very good machine, but its print quality is slightly weaker compared to an Artillery, Qidi, Vafy, or Elegoo printer. It's better suited for printing TPU or large items at once. The filament replacement circle doesn't reset its head exactly to the same place, and that's why thin cracks appear in the print. This is very annoying because in case of a power outage, it resumes exactly where it left off.
Surprisingly good printer. I received more than I expected in terms of equipment. However, Sovola's after-sales support practically doesn't exist. I've been trying to solve a problem with the Zero model that I also own for two weeks. Waiting several days for a response is standard.
