The seller sent only part of the package. After contacting AliExpress and opening a complaint, the seller woke up. (I just didn't respond before.) After the correspondence, I agreed to wait another 2 weeks, and finally the second part of the set arrived. I checked and everything seems to be working. Negative experience with this seller. I used to order Annke brand cameras from other sellers here or from the official website. There were delays, but what if some of the goods were simply missing? ! In general, be more careful with these guys. In the first photo, what came first was the camera and only then the other items.
as per the order
The same thing that happened in the other comments has happened to me. They send you the NVR device but not the cameras, they tell you they don't have stock and that they will send it later, but that's a lie. Be careful when buying here.
Only partial delivery, the Wi-Fi adapter arrived quickly. The two cameras did not arrive at all. Finger off!!!!!!
The cameras are missing; only the case was received.
plus 8 days of delays
Excellent camera ,works well .easy installation and fast shipping
